Mr. Pankaj Sarda holds a Bachelor Degree & he is the Promoter and Managing Director of Shree Metals Mujbi Private Limited (SMPL). He emulates the organizational values, professionalism, entrepreneurship and enormous commitment to augment the interest of stakeholders, Strategy formulations related to business development, expansion of existing businesses, joint ventures, mergers and acquisitions and is also President of Bhandara Metal Manufacturing Association. With his rich and vast experience of 20 years in metal industry (Lead, Zinc, Brass, Copper) and under his able leadership, SMPL has been able to overcome multiple challenges and showed tremendous growth. He actively oversees the development of the company by contributing in the areas of Business Development, Corporate Finance & Strategic Planning. His interests include energy efficient and eco-friendly initiatives (Use of Solar Power, Go Green etc.) & Organic Farming. Apart from his involvement in core business he is also engaged in social activities and currently is

Mr. Vinit Jhawar holds a Bachelor Degree in Business Administration from Pune University & Masters in Business Administration from the coveted HULT International business school in Boston. He is the Director of ASA Agrotech Private Limited. Vinit has worked in the corporate world in several listed companies in different roles before he joined ASA Agrotech. He was selected to undergo the esteemed Management Development program at Systematix Shares and Stocks Ltd. He then moved on to set up a manufacturing unit of Textile in Ichalkaranji, Maharashtra. Mr. Vinit currently is the director of multiple companies that work in the field of Financial services and Agriculture product processing and marketing.
With his rich and vast experience of 8+ years in Financial Services, Textiles and Agriculture, under his able leadership, ASA Agrotech Pvt Ltd has been able to overcome multiple challenges and shown tremendous growth.
